Workshop - Let's Dance in Processing
In this workshop the participants are going to be able to understand and write programming source code.
The aim for the workshop is also to give the participants knowledge on how to effectively use ReactiVision to produce interactive art and art installations. We will be using Processing together with ReactiVision to explore new ways of producing interactive art and installations.
The main focus of the workshop will be on the practical side, rather than having a long lecture or technical abstract information.
The workshop is based on Free/Open Source Software. All the material used during the workshop will be available on-line under an open content license.
Processing and ReactiVision will be used to illustrate most of the different techniques, but the emphasis will be put on introducing and explaining the generative processes so the participant can understand them and will be able to implement these techniques in his/her future work.
